Conference Login Account’s 
How can I login for abstract submission or registration in the conference?
Please create a new user account in the Congress by  
for both abstract submission and registration in the conference.
In order to register for the AEMWC 2018, Sweden, it is necessary to Create an Account (incase of the new user) or login your account in the Delegates Portal ( and select ‘Conference Registration’ menu for your all bookings. Please follow the steps to complete your registration:

1. Login your account
2. Select ‘Conference Registration’ and proceed from step 1 to 6 and Submit

The registration will be confirmed after receiving your payment in due date. Payment can be done online by Credit Card, Pay Pal or Bank transfer! Download the Guideline for Registration and Online Payment.

Abstract’s Related Questions
Do I have to submit an abstract?
No, submitting an abstract is optional.
Can I register now and submit my abstract later?
Yes, a participant can register at any time. The abstract should be submitted before the abstract submission deadline.
Can I submit more than one abstract?
Yes, only two abstracts per participant are allowed (One for Oral presentation and another for Poster presentation).
Have I been selected to give a short talk?
You will be notified few weeks before the conference if you are selected for a short talk or poster presentation.
Can I replace, edit or revise the abstract I submitted with my application?
Yes, you can send your modified abstract via email

How can I withdraw my abstract?
You should contact us via email to withdraw your abstract.
I am an invited speaker/session chair; do I have to submit an abstract?
Yes, all invited speakers are required to submit an abstract of their talks.
Can I submit my abstract after the deadline date?
Yes, however, you should contact us via email
Invitation letter and Visa
How can I get a letter of invitation?
Your abstract will be examined by Congress review committee after receiving your online abstract and you will receive an invitation letter in your registered email id as per the decision of Congress review committee.
Can my accompanying receive a letter of invitation?
Yes, you should contact us via email with your accompanying’s information {e.g., Name (as per your passport), Date and place of birth and Passport number and date of expiration}.
What should I do if I am registered for a conference and not able to receive a visa in time to attend the conference?
We do not accept any responsibilities for the accuracy of the information. In this case, you need to inform us immediately via email
Registration and Payment related queries 
What does the registration fee include?
The Congress registration fee includes:
  • Congress participation in lectures, presentation, and poster sessions
  • Congress documents
  • Publication of the abstract book
  • Welcome reception
  • All Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners
  • The trips to Helsinki and Stockholm sightseeing
  • Access to all parallel events
  • All the time snacks, fruits, drinks and coffee
When am I required to pay the registration fee?
Payment is due before the congress registration deadline.
What are forms of payment accepted?
We accept payments by Wire transfer, Credit card, and PayPal.
Can I register on-site at a conference?
Yes, however, you have to pay €100 more as well as need your confirmed flight ticket and a scanned copy of Swedish visa 30 days prior to the date of the conference.
I am an invited speaker/session chair; do I need to register?
Yes, everyone who will be attending a congress needs to register.
I am an invited speaker/session chair; do I have to pay the full registration fee?
Yes, speakers must pay for all of their own expenses (full registration, accommodation charges, travel etc.) prior to the start of the Congress. Please note that all delegates are responsible for the payment of their own registration fees and accommodation. AEMWC delegates (including speakers) will not be funded by the congress organizers.
In what currency I will be billed?
Participants will be billed in € (Euro) OR SEK.
Cancellation Policy’s 
How do I cancel my registration?
You should contact via email You will receive cancellation notice via email.
What is the cancellation policy (Registration and Accommodation)?
As per our cancellation policy, we cannot refund the payment of registration fee, accommodation etc.
Registration fee: Delegates who confirm congress bookings with due payment and who cancel or delegates, who fail to register on the 04 November 2018 due to any reason, will be charged for the entire cost.
Accommodation charges: No accommodation payments will be refunded. Delegates who confirm an accommodation booking with due payment and who cancel or delegates, who fail to board on the 05 November 2018, will be charged for the entire cost of their accommodation.
My accompanying person cannot come with me?
As per our cancellation policy, we cannot refund the registration fee of accompanying the person and you should inform via email  
I cannot attend the conference; can I send someone in my place?
Yes, however new person should re-register in the Congress and pay their full registration fee in the Congress and must be informed via email
Conference Publications’ 
Congress Proceeding:
Abstract of presentations (short congress papers, maximum limit: 2 pages including the references) will be published online after peer-review with ISBN and DOI.
Congress Journal:
The full article of presentations will be published in the special issue of Advanced Materials Letters after peer-review process. Follow the author’s instructions carefully during the preparation of your manuscripts. Please submit the manuscript using Online Submission System under AEMWC 2018 special issue.
