Speakers / Presenters:
  • Plenary Talk: Speaker has 40 minutes for their presentation. With approximately 35 minutes given for the presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers. 
  • Keynote Talk: Speaker has 30 minutes for their presentation. With approximately 25 minutes given for the presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers. 
  • Invited Talk: Speaker has 20 minutes for their presentation. With approximately 17 minutes given for the presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. 
  • Oral Presentation: Speaker has 15 minutes for their presentation. With approximately 12 minutes given for the presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. 
  • Poster Presentation: The Standard Poster Display Size is A0 (Dimensions, Length x Width) – 1189 x 841 mm OR 46.8 x 33.1 inches) double-sided Velcro covered panel. Posters need to be displayed in the specified location assigned. The board will contain the poster number assigned to your poster. The title and authors must appear at the top of the poster.
Poster Support Desk
The conference will operate a poster support desk. This will be located in the poster session hall. Please consult with the committee members, present in this desk if you have questions concerning your poster session. At the conference, information concerning your poster can be obtained at the Registration desk.

Poster Formatting Guidelines/Suggestions

Place the title at the top center of the poster
o Use 72 point letters
o Avoid hand-drawn materials
o Keep it simple 
o Do not post the pages of your paper
o Make sure it has a logical flow
o Use color, graphics, charts, and photos
o Key points should be in large type
o Do not try to tell the entire story on the panel
o Save some key points for the one-on-one discussion
o Check the program for the setup and presentation time for your session

General, Session Chairs / Co-Chairs and Poster Evaluation Jury:

  • General Chairs: General chairs will be responsible for the course of event in the respective assigned session or meeting room. In the attendee’s mind, you are an extension of the Congress and should be knowledgeable of the basics relating to this event. 
  • General Co-chairs: General Co-chairs will be responsible to assist the Congress general chair for the course of event in your assigned session or meeting room. In the attendee’s mind, you are an extension of the Congress and should be knowledgeable of the basics relating to this event
  • Session Chairs: Session chairs will be responsible for the course of event in the respective meeting room. In the attendee’s mind, you are an extension of the Congress and should be knowledgeable of the basics relating to this event. 
  • Session Co-chairs: Session co-chairs will be responsible to assist session chair for the course of event in the respective meeting room. In the attendee’s mind, you are an extension of the Congress and should be knowledgeable of the basics relating to this event. 
  • Poster Evaluation Jury: Poster Evaluation Jury will be responsible for the course of the event.
